| | Joe Jobe is the Chief Executive Officer for the National Biodiesel Board (NBB). The NBB is the national trade association representing the biodiesel industry as the coordinating body for biodiesel research and development in the US. Its members include feedstock producers and processors, soybean commodity boards, biodiesel suppliers, and fuel marketers and distributors.
Joe has been with the NBB since 1997, and has served as CEO since January 1999. Joe’s duties included serving as the principle investigator for the $2.2 million biodiesel health effects testing program. Joe became interested in agricultural, environmental, and energy issues growing up on a farm in central Missouri. Prior to working for the NBB, Joe was a fraud investigator for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Prior to that he worked as a Certified Public Accountant.

| | Donnell is the Chief Operating Officer for the National Biodiesel Board. Donnell heads up the annual National Biodiesel Conference & Expo as well. Donnell has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Southwest Missouri State University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Prior to working for the NBB, he was the fleet administrator for the Missouri Department of Transportation where he was responsible for all aspects of the department’s $400 million fleet including implementation of their biodiesel (B20) use program. |

| | April is the Chief Financial Officer for the National Biodiesel Board. April is responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations. April graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining NBB, she was the CFO for a not-for-profit service organization for 10 years. |

| | Desiree is an Accounting Specialist for the National Biodiesel Board. Desiree is responsible for processing Accounts Payable, Payroll and other reimbursement projects. She also serves as the Staff Liaison for the BQ-9000 Program, a quality systems program that includes storage, sampling, testing, blending, shipping, distribution, and fuel management practices.
Desiree joined the NBB staff in 2005 with a diverse background in Long Term Care business management and Municipal Government financial services. |

| | Jessica is the Director of Communications for the National Biodiesel Board. Jessica leads the communications team in the ongoing effort to promote biodiesel’s economic, environmental and health benefits. In addition she manages NBB’s national outreach programs designed to increase awareness of biodiesel as the alternative fuel of choice for diesel engines in the United States. Aimed at promoting positive public perception of biodiesel to help create demand and support, Jessica most recently led the launch of NBB’s first ever national advertising campaign, which has demonstrated measurable success at reaching the target audience. NBB harnesses the power of eight national and specialized public relations and communications agencies to provide access to experts whose direct biodiesel experience totals more than 50 years. Jessica joined NBB in 2009, bringing to the industry more than a decade of professional communications experience. She has worked for trade associations, government agencies and politics and also in radio and television news. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri's School of Journalism. |

| | Kaleb serves as the Communications and Member Specialist for the National Biodiesel Board. In this role he coordinates media contacts and NBB communications. Kaleb serves as editor for NBB’s regular publications including the monthly Inside NBB in Biodiesel Magazine, the monthly Biodiesel Bulletin, daily and weekly member communications, and the Biodiesel Sustainability Blog. Kaleb's primary responsibility is to ensure NBB members and public have ready access to accurate, up- to-date information about clean-burning, renewable biodiesel. Kaleb is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. He has worked with state commodity associations, agriculture publications and research and extension. |

| | Doug is the Director of Operations and Membership for the National Biodiesel Board. Doug is responsible for planning, implementing, administering and reporting all contracts for funding and for subcontracting. He is also responsible for recruiting new members, assisting members with questions, and providing information and documentation to new and current members. Doug is a graduate of the Professional School of Architecture, Kansas State University. As a former business development/management consultant for the seventeen + years, Doug has worked with a wide range of non-profit and for-profit organizations. From “bricks and mortar” projects, technology, strategic planning, budgeting and issues management, Doug brings a diverse operations background to The National Biodiesel Board. |

| | Tom is the Director of Outreach and Development for the National Biodiesel Board. Tom works to establish synergistic relationships for the benefit of the biodiesel industry with key stakeholders including feed stock suppliers, state soybean associations, fuel suppliers, end-users, policy makers, government agencies, and environmental/ health groups. Tom also works to identify and access resources that will address the needs of the organization and the industry. For the past twelve years Tom has worked as the Director of Field Services for the Missouri Soybean Association. Tom was responsible for developing soybased industrial products and turning them into value-added opportunities for Missouri soybean producers. Tom has worked on biodiesel for twelve years in Missouri helping to develop state biodiesel policies, regulations and markets. Tom is a 1987 graduate of University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. |

| | Anne is the Vice President of Federal Affairs for the National Biodiesel Board. Anne runs the Washington D.C. office, spearheading federal regulatory efforts. She previously served as chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Mike Thompson of California, a leading member of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee. With nearly 15 years of experience in Washington, Anne has overseen legislative issues for several members of Congress, including U.S. Senate Majority Whip Richard Durbin of Illinois; directed government relations at the American Farm Bureau Federation; and directed government affairs at Growth Energy, a renewable fuels trade group. |

Part of NBB's federal affairs team in Washington, D.C., Ben oversees communications and policy programs involving NBB's federal initiatives. Ben joined NBB in 2011 after more than a decade as a professional reporter, most recently covering politics in the Washington Bureau of The Associated Press. Previously, he wrote about energy issues for Congressional Quarterly and covered local government at The Herald-Sun and Chapel Hill Herald newspapers in North Carolina. Ben has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston and a Master's Degree in Journalism from Northwestern University. |

| | Shelby serves as the Director of State Governmental Affairs for the National Biodiesel Board. In this capacity he is responsible for government relations – both legislative and regulatory – in all 50 state capitals. Before coming to the National Biodiesel Board, Shelby served as a legislative assistant and legislative director to three members of the United States Congress during a five-year stint in Washington, D.C. More recently, he served as a policy advisor to Missouri Governor Matt Blunt. Shelby’s expertise in public policy includes renewable fuels, agriculture, economic development, and environmental issues. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. |

| | Don serves as Director of Sustainability for the National Biodiesel Board. Don’s program areas build science and awareness to ensure that biodiesel production meets today’s needs for environmental stewardship, economic prosperity, and quality of life without compromising future generations’ ability to meet these needs for themselves. Don is a licensed Professional Engineer with a civil engineering degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia. Prior to joining the National Biodiesel Board, Don was an Environmental Engineer for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. His work there focused on protecting clean, plentiful drinking water. Don enjoys driving and working on diesel engines, and joined the NBB team to help the biodiesel industry grow as a sustainable alternative to traditional transportation fuels. |
